  5. CHEYENNE, County of DESERT, State of  WYOMING, to secure the
  6. payment of $123456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four
  7. hundred fifty six & 78/100 Dollars) due MAY 1, 2020, with 
  8. interest at 6.6% per annum, payable 360 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF
  9. $950.00 EACH evidenced by a  promissory note of even date
  10. herewith, hereby mortgages the  following described real estate,
  11. situated in PINEAPPLE County, in the  State of Wyoming:

  15. Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments on the premises 
  16. and to keep the buildings thereon insured in a sum not less than 
  17. $123,456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four hundred fifty
  18. six & 78/100 dollars) during the life of this mortgage, payable to
  19.  mortgagee; and in case mortgagor does not, mortgagee may insure 
  20. the buildings and pay the taxes and assessments, and all sums so 
  21. paid shall be added to and considered as a part of the above 
  22. indebtedness herein secured shall become due and payable, and 
  23. mortgagee may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclosure, mortgagor 
  24. hereby agrees to pay all costs of the same, including attorneys' 
  25. fee of $1234.56 ( one thousand two hundred thirty four & 56/100
  26. dollars).
