WYOMING MORTGAGE
MICHELLE MORTGAGOR, mortgagor, of 123 4TH STREET, City of
CHEYENNE, County of DESERT, State of WYOMING, to secure the
payment of $123456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four
hundred fifty six & 78/100 Dollars) due MAY 1, 2020, with
interest at 6.6% per annum, payable 360 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF
$950.00 EACH evidenced by a promissory note of even date
herewith, hereby mortgages the following described real estate,
situated in PINEAPPLE County, in the State of Wyoming:

Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments on the premises
and to keep the buildings thereon insured in a sum not less than
$123,456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four hundred fifty
six & 78/100 dollars) during the life of this mortgage, payable to
mortgagee; and in case mortgagor does not, mortgagee may insure
the buildings and pay the taxes and assessments, and all sums so
paid shall be added to and considered as a part of the above
indebtedness herein secured shall become due and payable, and
mortgagee may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclosure, mortgagor
hereby agrees to pay all costs of the same, including attorneys'
fee of $1234.56 ( one thousand two hundred thirty four & 56/100
dollars).
Provided that the conveyance is subject to the following:
$20,000.00 TO SEVENTH NATIONAL BANK
